ROUSSIN with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation launches the SAFE FASHION project – #безсекундижиття
The ROUSSIN brand, with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, launches the SAFE FASHION project – #безсекундижиття. The Fashion initiative is dedicated to safe traffic and is an example of the social responsibility of a Ukrainian clothing brand. After all, fashion should reflect the existing problems of society and respond to them.
In the frame of the project 3,000 designer backpacks with reflective elements will be created. The brand will provide backpacks for children of primary school age in the city of Smely, Cherkasy region. This will help reduce the risk of accidents involving pedestrians by 6.5 times. The choice of geography is not accidental, because in Smila sisters Serafyma and Sofiia Rusuynovych, the founders of ROUSSIN, spent their childhood, and global plans for change can only be implemented starting with the closest circle of people.
In the fall of 2020, a Traffic Safety Week will be organized in the city of Smila. The brand’s team will hold a series of thematic meetings with pupils in 15 schools in the city.

After all, road safety is not only a matter of vehicle drivers, but also of pedestrians.
In addition, the residents of Ukrainian Fashion Week aim to create a STREET ROUSSIN movement, dedicated to the culture on the roads and the popularization of reflective clothing in society. The brand notes: “Reflective clothing is not a stereotypical attribute, but a modern necessity for everyone!”
