BEYOND MODEL STANDARDS: A NEW COLLECTION OF THE ROUSSIN BRAND AT THE UKRAINIAN FASHION WEEK
The brand’s team focused creative attention on the picturing of inner beauty. The main goal is to awaken [rouss in] people’s consciousness and prove that true beauty does not have ideals, defined by someone parameters and prejudices about age, appearance, nationality, orientation. And fashion today has a valuable position that responds to modern problems and educates generations of free, real and conscious.
For the first time, people with special stories of life and love presented the collection on the main podium of Ukraine. These are people outside the standard model parameters, but with a passion for life, who successfully realize themselves through an understanding of their value and beauty.
The main material of the collection is reflective, but “ROUSS IN” has a multi-purpose and consists of adaptive to any occasion “one size” things. And the print in the form of a red rose is a kind of seal that officially confirms the first steps in the battle for the privileged importance of the inner over the outer.
As a part of the new collection, the ROUSSIN brand together with the Biosphere Corporation has developed a limited collection of bags, which contain up to 80% recycled polyethene. It is this recycling system in the Biosphere that reduces the amount of polyethene in Ukraine by 860 tons per month. Conscious attitude to the creation of new things implements almost one of the basic rules of modern fashion and circular economy – reduce, reuse, recycle.
